These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the event listing services on SupercarEvents.com ("the Site", "we", "us", or "our"). By submitting an event for listing, you ("you", "user", or "event organiser") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an event listing.

    You must have the authority to submit the event on behalf of the organiser or hosting entity.

2. Event Listings

    All event submissions are subject to review and approval before being published.

    We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

    Listings must be accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading. This includes event dates, locations, pricing (if any), and descriptions.

3. Content Standards

You agree not to submit any content that:

    Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or promotes hate.

    Infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.

    Contains false or misleading information.

    Includes third-party copyrighted materials without permission.

4. Fees and Payments

    Some listings may be subject to fees. Any applicable charges will be clearly stated prior to submission.

    Paid listings are non-refundable unless the event is not published due to our rejection (excluding breach of these Terms).

5. Your Responsibilities

By listing an event, you agree to:

    Keep your event information accurate and up to date.

    Promptly notify us of any changes, cancellations, or errors.

    Ensure all permits, insurance, and legal requirements for the event are met (where applicable).

    Respond promptly to any enquiries from attendees or from SupercarEvents.com.

6. Intellectual Property

    You grant SupercarEvents.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content you submit for promotional purposes (including social media, newsletters, etc.).

    You retain ownership of your original content, but you must have the right to grant us permission to use it.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

    We do not guarantee attendance, ticket sales, or exposure from listing an event.

    We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or legal claims arising from the events listed on our platform.

    All event arrangements are the sole responsibility of the organiser.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the listing feature at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted unlawfully.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the listing function after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
